The Deep Relaxation & Subconscious Healing Techniques I use are a gentle yet powerful approach that supports positive change by guiding the mind and body into a naturally calm and receptive state.
This deeply relaxed state is something you already experience in everyday life. When you’re absorbed in a book, fully focused on a conversation, lost in creativity, or completely “in the zone.” It’s a place where the mind softens, quietens, and becomes more open to new ways of thinking and feeling.
There is nothing to fear in deep relaxation. You remain aware, in control, and able to return to full alertness at any time. In this state, the mind becomes more responsive and open, allowing long-held patterns, habits, and beliefs to shift gently.
The techniques create space for change to occur naturally, supporting balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of ease from within.
The process involves accessing the subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of issues or challenges you are facing. With positive suggestions to replace unhelpful core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions, you experience more sustainable, healthier ways of coping and responding.

A single session can take up to two and a half hours.
